What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Production Chef you will work closely with all Kitchen staff, Sous Chef and Head Chef who are keen to share their knowledge and experiences.

Preparation of all items for the menu - starters, mains and desserts under the guidance of the Sous/Head Chef

Ensure that as a team the kitchen and all food storage/preparation areas are to the very highest hygiene standards

Comply with food handling, hygiene and health and safety regulations
