Due to continued expansion Direct Engineering are recruiting for a Business Support Apprentice to support their internal team. The role offers excellent scope for progression for a capable and hardworking candidate!

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
- In house training on our bespoke software package
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- General filing
- Working alongside our admin team
- Taking calls and messages from customers
- Transferring calls to the relevant department
- Purchasing and raising sales orders
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard with support from your employer and Learning Unlimited.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Potential for full time employment on completion of the apprenticeship or progression to the Business Administrator Level 3
