What will the apprentice be doing?

You will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesda and Friday 9am to 5pm.

Saturday is 8am to 1pm

Your typical day will be assisting all staff and maintaining salon cleanliness and organisation.

Your initial training and duties will be reception and the shampoo/condition hair unit.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Salon training is ongoing but will include a designated training time.

College will be attended once a week.

The qualification achieved is the hairdressing level 2 professional standards.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

It is expected you will progress to a junior stylist within 18 months. 
It is expected for you to progress to the level 3 creative hairdressing standards.
