What will the apprentice be doing?
Full training and support will be provided throughout your employment, and we are keen to retain our employees by offering a clear structure for growth within the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of confidential information
- Telephony – receiving and making calls
- Supporting Podiatrists with admin tasks
- Answering emails
- Greeting patients & Reception Duties
- Following compliance procedures and Healthcare Guidelines
- Checking weekly calendars and diary management
- General office/clinic tidying and cleaning
- Using Cloud Storage & Online administration system
- Stock-taking Packing and Posting online sales orders
- Product knowledge, features, and benefits - sale of products on the reception desk
- All other admin duties as and when required

Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes work-based and off-the-job training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Excellent potential for permanent employment upon completion and progression to a level 3 course.
