What will the apprentice be doing?

Supervise & support children always.

Contribute to maintaining an attractive & welcoming environment.

Prepare & supervise activities.

Read, understand & implement all Company policies, procedures & operational practices 

Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operation in order to ensure the health & safety of the children, their parents, carers, the team & any visitors to the nursery.

Support the development of good practice with regards to special needs & inclusion.

An apprenticeship is a job with training which enables you to earn while you learn.

The apprentice standard consists of core knowledge, skills and behaviours relevant to the job role.

Functional Skills, maths and English, are an integral to completion of the apprenticeship.  The apprentice will achieve these qualifications as part of the apprenticeships, if not previously gained. 

Upon Completion of apprenticeship, you will obtain an Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 Standard Qualification.
