What will the apprentice be doing?

Working closely with the Office Manager, the apprentice will work as part of a small team answering calls from customers, preparing quotations and taking customers' orders. Receive and and input orders by using company's management system to load customers' orders on the computer and prepare despatch notes, as well as other office duties required in the running of a successful sales office.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.

Monthly assessor visits to candidate at company.

Block training for 2 weeks at In-Comm Training Services Ltd WS9 8UG

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

An opportunity to learn other aspects of the business including accounts and book-keeping.
