What will the apprentice be doing?

The candidate must be confident in answering telephone calls with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Duties include but no limited to:

·         Liaising with customers via telephone & email

·         Printing of orders

·         Raising customer invoices & works orders

·         Liaising with production & warehouse team

·         General office admin duties

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Working towards completion of the level 3 Business Adminsitrator Apprenticeship standard, to include Level 3 Non Regulated Provision in Administration

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Potential for full time employment with ELD Distribution on successful completion of the  apprenticeship programme, with a minimum salary of £15,000. Progression within the business for the right person with opportunities to increase salary based on performance and responsibility levels
