    Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak). Working times to be confirmed at interview. There is the possibility of working from home 2 days a week after initial training and this will be discussed at interview.

What will the apprentice be doing?

The role will be varied and demanding and the main tasks/responsibilities will include;

Data collection and analysis, compiling legal reports and providing quotations to clients for our services, problem solving

Extensive use of Microsoft Office suite

Extensive use of spatial mapping systems (Google Maps, Ordanance Survey etc)

Answering phones and responding to emails (from clients, suppliers, colleagues)

Relationship building - internally with colleagues, externally with clients and suppliers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The candidate does not need to have previous experience of working in an office.  Full training will be provided to enable the candidate to carry out the role.

Training is mainly delivered online with remote training every two or three weeks and this is supported by regular site visits to complete workplace training and development

Employer will allocate dedicated training time to support Off The Job training as part of qualification requirements.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possibility of future employment/progression opportunities upon the successful completion of Level 3 qualification
