What will the apprentice be doing?
Your first step into the world of being a hair stylist at an award-winning salon! Join a young and exciting team as you learn what it takes to be a top hair stylist and colourist.No 2 days will be the same, you’ll meet clients from all walks of life and encounter many different scenarios to keep you on your toes. Duties include greeting clients, taking calls, booking appointments, general house-keeping, preparing colour, hair washing and applying treatment leading into cutting and colouring.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be undertaking a Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals (Hairdressing) to become a Hair Professional. You will learn the fundamental skills in hair cutting, colouring and styling alongside the daily operations of the salon.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This apprenticeship may lead to a full-time hair stylist role and the opportunity to progress on to Level 3.
