What will the apprentice be doing?

You will work closely with our management team contributing to:

  • Learning about every aspect of our business: Customer service, marketing, recruitment, finance and ambitious business growth
  • Responding to new client enquiries by phone and email
  • Onboarding admin for new and existing clients
  • The admin associated with onboarding new staff
  • Diary management for the management team
  • Social Media and local marketing in the community
  • Office supply management
  • Tasks and projects to improve workflow

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Worcester (WR4 9GN). Monthly visits from your assigned Monitoring Officer who will set you work, analyse your development and discuss training sessions, and will prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your Business Administration level 3 qualification.

You will receive training one day every two weeks which is a combination of face to face and remote.

Additional training for functional skills in English and Maths if needed.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is huge opportunity for career progression. We would love to progress an exceptional apprentice to become a member of our growing management team on completion. Our Registered Manager started his career as a business apprentice and a significant number of my management team are completing Level 5 qualifications.
