What will the apprentice be doing?

- ensure compliance to procedures, menu specifications and recipes.
- adapting and produce dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergenic requirements
- Produce dishes to suit individuals’ specific dietary, religious and allergenic needs as required.
- Learn to menu plan and contribute ideas for food presentation
- Manage food production to required standards to ensure customer satisfaction and legal compliance.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Production Chef Level 2-
Functional Skills English and Maths (Level 1 is required )
Day release – One day per week to Nottingham College
15 month duration

At all matches at The Incora County Ground there are catering facilities for Members in the Incora Pavilion and for Members and non-Members alike in The Boundary Café & Tea Room. For Vitality Blast matches, extra catering and bar facilities will be available, serving a range of bottled beers, wines and soft drinks from gates opening, until the close of play.
