What will the apprentice be doing?

Answer,screen / redirect incoming calls

Greet visitors

Filing, paper and electronic

Photocopying and binding

Emailing or posting letters

Scanning and emailing of documents

Typing Letters/sending emails

Liaise with product providers

Maintaining a stock of required documentation

Stationery control

Providing refreshments for clients

Logging daily post and taking to post office

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.

You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession. You will experience a blended learning model. You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.

At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship there may be additional learning opportunities at a higher level that you can participate in to further develop your skills.

Hampshire Hill are an independent financial advice company who provide advice and services on products including, pensions, investments, mortgages, life insurances, wills and estate planning . They have been in the Ashfield area for over 20 years moving from offices in Kirkby to purpose built premises in Sutton in Ashfield in July 2020 and have a hardworking team of 12 with 4 of them working within Operations and administration.
