What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To contribute to a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and developmental care for children in the nursery through the creation of a stimulating, caring, inviting environment.
  • To ensure the developmental needs of the children are met through the provision of a planned early years’ curriculum in accordance with The Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and Every Child Matters Guidelines.
  • To work as part of the staff team to uphold the ethos and high standards of the nursery in accordance with all policies, procedures, and practices.
  • To welcome, support, and work in partnership with parents and carers.
