What will the apprentice be doing?
*Placing & managing vehicle orders with funders
*Processing of finance documents, proofs of ID & commission claims
*Welcome/Intro calls to new orders
*Raising, processing & finalising contract agreements.
*Liaising with clients to assist completion of documents.
*Management of delivery due dates to ensure end users are always up to date.
*Responsible for managing communication throughout the order process to clients.
*Organising delivery of vehicle orders with client and supplier.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
* BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF
* (Functional Skills, Level 2 ? Maths, English ? if not already achieved)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
