What will the apprentice be doing?

Liaise with sales members of staff ensure all administration tasks completed correctly
Create action purchase orders invoices for suppliers
Input data software licenses onto the companies CRM
Record all parcels into business ensure correct procedure is followed
Action courier requests
CRM service board management
Stationery monitoring ordering
Shredding & filing
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders/prices and deliveries
Ensure CRM customer information is correct and in right format or section
