What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties:
- Basic office duties including; answering the telephone, answer and send emails, filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving, placing orders for stationery and uniform, sending mail
- HR administration including; reference request letters, updating personnel records, recruitment documents, sending out P45’s, updating training records and printing training certificates
- Marketing support including; data entry, printing posters and menus, basic leaflet and poster design, assisting with seasonal events and email marketing
