What will the apprentice be doing?

·         Ensure the tenants are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.

·         To support the tenants with all aspects of their day to day living

·         Act in the best interest of the tenant when it is assessed that they lack the capacity to make decisions for themselves

·         Ensure support plans are followed.

·         Inform management about any changes in the needs of the tenants.
