What will the apprentice be doing?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in our busy Holmfirth office. The role would entail involvement in multiple departments (Sales and Lettings) and would give any candidate a great experience in estate agency, customer service and administration. 

The role may include a multitude of tasks and responsibilities including but not limited to;

Assisting the Lettings team with;

  • Online and telephone enquiries
  • Arranging viewings
  • Tenant and Landlord queries
  • Viewing feedback
  • New business leads 

Assisting the sales team with:

  • Online and telephone enquiries
  • Arranging viewings
  • Vendor and Purchaser queries
  • Viewing feedback
  • New business leads 
  • General office queries/tasks
  • Administrative tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be working towards the Housing/Property Management Level 2 qualification.

This apprenticeship prepares an individual for a range of general housing/property management duties leading to operational or specialist roles.

You will have an assigned tutor who will arrange face to face as well as remote visits and will be available for support at all times.

The Apprenticeship duration will be 12 months of training and a further 3 months of preparation for your final End-Point Assessments.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Further career progression within the company, for example to fully-fledged Estate Agent.
