CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIAILIST - PAYROLL APPRENTICE OROVIA LTD
Orovia need someone with excellent communication skills who can learn software systems easily to provide technical support to clients and assist in the setup of systems. The ability to introduce relevant essential information to new customers, providing quality service promptly developing and maintaining a vast knowledge of the products/service.

The National Minimum Wage rate for an apprentice, from April 2022, is £4.81 per hour. We will provide a salary above the NMW and review this on completion of a successful probation period of 6 months.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
Drive continuous improvement of products, service, and support strategies.
Create and implement Customer Services Plans and support strategies for assigned projects.
Identify and advocate for serviceability and support requirements throughout the product life cycle.
Help to drive business teams to implement supportability improvements
Help to manage product issues and identify root cause to determine appropriate solutions.
To provide ongoing support, identifying supportability requirements.
