This role involves processing customers’ orders from receipt to the factory, so you will be working closely with various departments throughout the business such as Finance, AX and Internal Sales to ensure customers’ orders are dispatched whilst adhering to company processes

What will the apprentice be doing?
Raising picking lists by department and ensuring that all the required documentation is present
Dealing with partial shipments from Germany by liaising with other functions to see if an early part shipment would benefit the customer
On-stop customer communication emails and raise released on-stop shipments
Raising Pro-forma orders once they are paid
Daily matching of dispatched picking lists and confirmations of orders
Managing commercial invoices and shipments.
Organising customer collections from igus via different channels. s
