What will the apprentice be doing?

Manage the entire recruitment process from taking a vacancy through to placing a candidate in the job
To source new candidates
Screening applicants via telephone interviews
Record keeping
Social media duties
Running adverts
General office duties
Maintaining communications with applicants
Taking messages and passing these onto the relevant parties
Use of ICT

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full on-the-job and off-the-Job training will be delivered supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd.

All training will be carried out within the workplace during working hours.

Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification

Level 2 Functional Skills in English and mathematics (if you already do not hold the equivalent).

Full training will be given leading to a recognised Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is an opportunity for a full-time role upon completion of the apprenticeship & the opportunity to progress from a resourcer to a consultant
