What will the apprentice be doing?

- Receiving and entering orders

- Checking and updating their livestock sheet, to ensure a correct lead time is given

-  QC of goods in for client orders

- QC of orders prior to dispatch & Customer Updates

- Dispatch of orders & Samples 

- Sending of POD’s to clients.

- Invoicing

-  Answering calls from their customers

-  Assisting the sales team

- Assisting the artwork team with visuals

- Liaising with their customers, suppliers and couriers 

- Communicate with their customers daily
