What will the apprentice be doing?

Your role will be to ensure the smooth operation of payroll and ensure that all contractors are compliant in line with company, clients, and legal requirements. You will ensure all systems and data is up to date and that you provide friendly and accessible and customer service to the highest standards and that promotes company values. You don’t need to have worked in recruitment previously, but you’ll need to be competent at using Microsoft Office and maintaining databases

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full training will be given leading to a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

Full on-the-job training will be delivered.

Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd.

You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent).

All training is carried out within the workplace during working hours
