What will the apprentice be doing?
Roles include:
Dealing with telephone & email enquiries
Generate leads through different social media channels
Work with existing clients to assess their needs
Source new clients for the sales team
Using the CRM database to upsell to clients
Working with the course administration team to ensure that courses run smoothly
Attend conferences and networking events
Work with promotional partners to promote Bayfield
Assisting with event set ups
General administration tasks

To complete the training for your successful achievement you will study the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours as set out in the specification leading to final End Point Assessment for the Business Adminstration

It is worth noting that the company has a full-time staff member that has come through the apprentice scheme.
