You will be based in our warehouse and office, helping with the production of our high pressure and breathing air hose assemblies as well as picking and packing orders to keep up with customer demands. You will assist sales in entering orders into our system and providing quotations to customers both on the phone and via email.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The role will allow you to have a combination of duties within our warehouse and busy office ·
Hose Assembly Production Line
· Picking and packing of orders
· Processing sales orders
· Preparing and sending quotations
· Answering office calls
Maintaining data in the CRM
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will work towards a Customer Service Practioner level 2 qualification and be supported through HWGTA. You will have monthly visits from your assigned Learning & Development Training Officer who will set you work, analyse your development, and discuss training sessions. Formal training is delivered at our centres, located in Hereford (HR4 9SX), and will prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your qualification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are looking to take on a full-time employee in the future.
