What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties to include:

Job Specifications to be written & put on CRM & platforms 

Support the marketing director on social media content

CRM management (data entry, coding candidates)

General reviewing CRM – job goes on & you will need to ensure all the right aspects are ticked and accurate, ensure it goes live onto the website & auto matched candidates are pulled into the shortlist for the Delivery Consultants to call etc…

Writing blogs

Reviewing the market 

PA duties occasionally 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 3 Business Administration Appreniceship Standard

You will need to attend 4 workshops remotely via Zoom

To include 20% off the job training

In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
