What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include: receiving items from the vendors, inputting items onto a dedicated auction site computer system, photographing items for the online catalogue, clerking online on auction days, handling emails and phone calls for general enquiries, getting items ready for dispatch/collection after auction days, generating invoices and payment collection, managing dispatch/postage labels with Royal Mail/courier for shipping of items.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Over the course of 18 months, you will study topics such as understanding an organisation, regulations, policies & processes/procedures, aspects of project management, how to manage performance, planning, organisation & decision making skills, quality and process improvement, business fundamentals and IT & external environmental factors (these subjects may differ).

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will achieve a Level 3 certification.
