What will the apprentice be doing?

Within this small but compact business the Apprentice Administrator will be involved over time in all aspects of its commercial activities, from face to face, telephone and on-line sales, the sourcing and purchasing and stock control of products, sales and purchase ledger activities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Face to face, telephone and on-line sales
  • Purchasing
  • Purchase & sales ledger activities
  • Stock control
  • Accounting

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive the following training in addition to the Apprentice Business Administrator Standard:

  • In-house training on all company policies and procedures.
  • Product knowledge
  • Customer based skills         

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On successful completion of the Apprenticeship, a permanent position should be available for a competent individual.

This Apprenticeship is an ideal stepping stone into further career opportunities, such as Management or Senior Support.
