What will the apprentice be doing?

This vacancy is for a 12 month Apprenticeship that will result in the successful candidate gaining a level 2 Customer Service qualification.


There are many career routes available during and upon on successful completion of the Customer Service Apprenticeship. This is a generic qualification which covers all aspects of customer service within the motor industry.


As a Customer Service Apprentice, you could be involved in a variety of tasks including:

Answering the telephone
Assisting the sales teams where required
Dealing with Technicians, other companies and the general public
General maintenance of the service & parts desk
Giving information to customers where required
Greeting customers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This is a Customer Service Apprenticeship.

You will be assigned a workplace mentor for support in dealership.
