What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties:

Answering the phones
Maintaining our CRM
Monitoring various portals with live bookings
Sending registration emails to new candidates
Checking new registrations are completed fully
Contacting candidates who need help to complete their registration
Checking we have the correct legal documents for temporary candidates- requires good attention to detail
Learn to write adverts and post to various job boards
Learn to interview candidates
Formatting CV's
Obtaining candidate references
Various administration tasks

TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard.
