What will the apprentice be doing?
A working week will be supporting the quality & management team of a busy training & education provider within:
Contribute to the management of customer satisfaction & supplier performance
Support others to improve quality competency & performance
Conduct audits & other assurance activities
Develop quality control plans for services
Give guidance on the methods to improve quality performance
Solving quality problems, non-conformances, & overcoming challenges to the implementation of solutions
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
To achieve the Quality Practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship, you will development skill in following areas:
How to plan, measure, manage & monitor organisation’s quality objectives.
Understand the purposes for auditing & how to plan, conduct, report and follow up an audit.
The techniques used for improving awareness & performance in relation to quality objectives & requirements.
Always put customers at the heart of every task.
All training & development session will be undertaken in the workplace
