Administration Apprentice ALUMINIUM BENDING SPECIALISTS LTD
We are looking for two Business administrator apprentices to join our busy team. You will be taught how to be the first point of contact for all telephone calls and emails that we receive along with all the daily administration tasks required when processing orders, enquiries and giving quotes

What will the apprentice be doing?
· To answer the telephone to respond to customers enquiries and emails
· To estimate and quote as per the customers’ requirements
· To monitor and maintain customer details
· To be liaise with other functions within the company such as production & Accounts
· Liaise with external suppliers and purchase stock items.
· To produce order acknowledgements
· Produce shop floor instructions , work cards
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, including Functional Skills if required.
You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession. You will experience a blended learning model. You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.
At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There may be further opportunities to develop new skills in the future, possibly using the Team Leader apprenticeship standard.
