What will the apprentice be doing?
As a Pensions Administrator you responsible for administration of Self-Administered pension schemes, managing and processing all aspects of work accurately.
- Receive instruction and ensure tasks & activities are accurately completed.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients & Advisers.
- Inform clients and intermediaries of issues or problems affecting schemes.
- Ensure deadlines and agreed KPI's , service standards are met.
- Proactively identify risk to escalate concerns to Team Leaders.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Administrator Standard Level 3 all training and support provided to prepare for the end point assessment of the Level 3 standard

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Good future prospects for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship to progress to be a Pensions Administrator with more responsibilties and further onto more senior positions.
