What will the apprentice be doing?
Typical work activities
- Learn to attract business from client companies
- Build relationships with clients
- Advertise vacancies
- Headhunting
- Approaching suitable candidates
- Arranging interviews for candidates with the clients
- Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
- Negotiate pay/salary rates and finalise arrangements between clients & candidates
- Admin of contracts/order confirmations
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

Recruitment Consultant - level 3 standard
- A skills-based qualification in Recruitment Consultant
- A knowledge-based qualification in Recruitment Consultant
- A behaviour-based qualification in Recruitment Consultant
- End Point Assessment
- L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP)
- Access to REC E-Learning Materials
- Functional Skills English (unless exempt)
- Functional Skills maths (unless exempt)
- You will be assigned a tutor to guide you through your apprenticeship and your training will be 100% completed in the workplace
