What you will do in your working day

  • Assist in carrying out building surveying duties as directed within a defined geography on a diverse range of managed pubs
  • Liaise with the Operations teams, to provide technical advice and expertise on repairs and maintenance
  • Create proactive maintenance solutions to improve service and reduce cost

The training you will be getting

  • Apprentice will undertake the Chartered Surveyor (Degree Level 6) at Nottingham Trent University 1 day per week during term time

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

You will be a fully qualified and registered Chartered Surveyor.
