A legal firm are looking for young, enthusiastic individuals who are wishing to develop their skills and knowledge. Legal Quest will provide all the tools to develop and motivate successful candidates, with ‘hand holding’ mentoring from the management, who collectively have extensive knowledge and capabilities in many industry sectors.

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

About the Role:
The main focus of this is role is to take charge of your own workload, prioritising cases in accordance with deadlines. You will be responsible for ensuring ALL your cases, along with all other areas of your administrative role, are kept up to date with accurate and consistent standards achieved at all times. You will be responsible for representing the company service ethics and working within our expected framework of values and behaviours.
Role: Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately acting upon specific instructions generated by the secure L.A.R.S internal operations system (full training given).
- Ensure all deadlines are met with due care to detail.
- Work closely with your other team members and build a rapport with your Team Leader.
- Using your own initiative to aid other members of your team where necessary.
- Accurate scanning and filing of documentation to the specific client file.
- Liaising with individuals from a partnering legal firm at the appropriate times.
