The candidate will be given training on how to use our internal database and telephone systems. There will be a certain amount of administration work in data cleansing the database, so an attention to detail is key.

This may result in the need to contact clients to check information is correct, so a good telephone manner is essential.  The candidate will support the Sales Team Manager and the Account Managers in assisting setting up adverts, adding pictures to clients’ adverts and replying to emails.

There will be the opportunity to be involved with the organisation of our UK Wedding Conference in November, our Customer Service Awards in March and throughout the year at the National Wedding Shows.

For the correct candidate, there could also be some crossover into our digital marketing team with an introduction into our social media platforms and blog writing.
