From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. About the employer

Advertising Agency specialising in recruitment. We help clients come up with creative ways in which to showcase their employer brand and to help them stand out as an employer of choice. We will suggest the right media channels, take a client brief, write the copy, create the advertisements and place the advertising. One day we could be working on a graduate scheme, the next day we could be running a social media campaign for Reading Borough Council. The work is fast-paced and varied, but a lot of fun. We work with over 500 clients, many of which are schools, as well as household names such as MTV, Nickelodeon, Kia, Pfizer and The Royal Shakespeare Company. We have an open plan, modern and funky office. We work very hard, but we all get on very well and have a relaxed atmosphere. Dress code is informal and people can wear jeans (not ripped) and trainers. The apprentice will be based on one of our pods which seat 4. The apprentice will have a mentor.
