We are looking for talented Food & Beverage Assistants who are capable of bringing their own skills to the hotel and who have very strong customer care skills, attention to detail and previous experience working in restaurants and bars is preferrable.

Ideal candidates should possess the following attributes:-

* Be confident in serving 150+ covers per day for breakfast and 150+ covers for dinner service

* Work at consistently high standards

* Be well presented and have good communication skills

*Have very good cleanliness standards

*You should have an outgoing personality and strong attention to detail

  • *You will be responsible for ensuring Intercontinental Hotels Group brand standards are adhered to at all times

    You will also be required to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and standards in the kitchen, buffet, restaurant and bar areas
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm at all times.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail & work to instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
