Through success and growth we are looking for an Account/Sales Apprentice to join the team. Dealing with new business and sales support you will liaise with clients to support the sales function of the business and to become an integral part of the team.

In joining the sales function of the team you will predominantly be:

  • Dealing with new enquiries to the business via telephone
  • Dealing with new enquiries to the business via website enquires
  • Liaising with companies to promote the services and products of WDS limited
  • Liaise with current businesses with WDS Products to manage their service requests
  • Email administration and communication

In order to do this you will need to have:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Great telephone manner
  • Fantastic organisation skills

And in supporting the team you will also:

  • Support with general duties around the office
  • Contribute to a great working environment

Things to consider

From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
