There will be the opportunity to complete a variety of tasks within the administration team.

The different tasks involved will be:

  • Learning to use our MIS system with help from the client service managers
  • Work with the production and accounts teams assisting them with managing their workload

Qualifications required

Things to consider

Interview We will be interviewing candidates who meet the criteria as they apply and will recruit after a successful interview which may be before the closing date. Reality Check You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst awaiting for your first wages to be paid. Travel Information Own Transport preferred due to location. Train Station at Frant (regular trains from Tunbridge Wells) – ½ mile walk, but NO FOOTPATH so not recommended on foot. Bus service form Heathfield or Tunbridge Wells, but again 1 mile walk on road without footpath.

Halcyon works with a number of clients providing advice on design, print and mailing. Their skill is knowing what suppliers to use for the variety of work produced. Halcyon outsource work and manage it on behalf of their clients.
