Guest Service Staff key responsibilities:


  • To serve food and beverages in the Inns outlets whilst adhering to Jurys Inn standards and giving excellent customer service.
  • To have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and to keep all areas clean and tidy at all times
  • To deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Things to consider

You must be fully flexible and able to work 30 hrs/week shifts including late finishes, early starts and weekends. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
