The food we deliver will give you a breakfast, lunch, dinner & two snacks for each day. Our ever changing menu is based on healthy food. The meal plan is designed to save you time preparing your own food. Our meals are tasty creations, breaking the monotony of everyday bland food. We understand that some people don’t enjoy certain foods, so we are happy to swap certain items for others e.g. salmon for chicken, green beans for broccoli. When ordering, just let us know what you don’t like, e.g no salmon, no broccoli and we will accomodate your needs.
