The successful candidate will be responsible for a mix of administrative and customer service duties
Duties to include the following:-
• Marketing receiving telephone calls
• Data inputting and finance applications
• Dealing with customer queries and product questions
• General support across company with filing, post, and applications
• Keeping our proposal system and lenders website up to date
• Liaising with motor dealers, finance companies and salespeople
• Responding to emails

A good standard of English ideally GCSE grade 4 or above.
For the right candidate full time employment is available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
