LCMB are renowned UK Building Performance Specialists. We are a consultancy based in Oxfordshire which delivers Workplace Performance, Energy Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and resource optimisation, COVID-19 secure workplace services to our clients. Our aim is to make our clients buildings work harder by improving the wellbeing, performance and productivity of their staff whilst reducing their building operating costs, energy use and carbon emissions. We are looking for an apprenticeship in Level 4 Building Services Engineering and the right candidate to join our growing team who is interested in energy, climate change and sustainability.


  • Working with a wide range of blue-chip clients providing consultancy services in the net zero arena
  • Clients include NHS Trusts, Universities and FM Companies
  • You will learn to collect; monitor analyse and interpret energy and carbon data
  • Carry out client site inspections and energy surveys
  • Production of energy and carbon reports
  • Benchmark energy consumption against best practice guidelines
  • Responsible for promoting energy conservation and efficiency to clients, staff, building managers and other stakeholders

  • Access to HE qualifications with 45 Passes supported by substantial relevant work experience
  • Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points supported by substantial relevant work experience
  • Level 3 qualifications must include maths or Physics
  • Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C/8-4 including maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4/C or above)
