The job duties include:

  • Oversee activity and record planning of customer service visits
  • Maintain schedule of routine and warranty service visits
  • Processing customer service contracts and renewals, updating contracts log
  • Receiving visitors onto site
  • Switchboard activities
  • Creation of technical and operator manuals
  • Creation of manuals for technical training course and all functions surrounding this
  • Use of SAP business one
  • Cover service administration function during leave periods
  • Office administration
  • Maintaining records such as device history records and general filing
