ABM Electrical is an independent and family run, local wholesaler in Stockport. We wish to offer a bespoke wholesale service to all of our clients.
 
The Sales Apprentice will work in a small team within this electrical wholesale branch.  After full training given your responsibilities will include: 
  • Process customer purchases/orders via the computer system
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Customer payments/dealing with enquiries over the trade counter
  • Sales calls to customers and suppliers
  • Answering the telephone to customers and suppliers

As an Apprentice EDA Apprenticeships Plus will employ the successful candidate on behalf of this branch.

Completing a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Level 2, consisting of:

  • Competence/Knowledge based qualification in Trade Supplier at Level 2
  • Functional Skills in maths and English
  • End Point Assessment - Final exams

The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment is conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employer's wishes. Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit.
