A fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established letting agent based in Hornchurch. The successful candidate will be able to learn about all aspects of Lettings Negotiating within residential property and you will assist all the team on the day-to-day running of the business.

The main functions will be the following, although are not definitive:

  • To register applicants onto the database
  • To manage the data base to ensure action items are addressed
  • To book viewings via both telephone and email enquiries
  • Obtaining regular feedback from viewings
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Prospecting – by speaking to Landlords about our product and services
  • Various administrative tasks to support the sales team, including sending templated emails via our database, filing and shredding
  • Front office – to meet and greet potential clients who come into the office and register their details on the system for sale let. Print and hand out brochures to applicants visiting the office
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and use of company systems on the pc and paper forms including any requirements for money laundering and GDPR

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate needs to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as well as be willing to drive to properties across Hornchurch and wider areas.

Future prospects

  • Previous apprentices have been retained in employment, but this will be dependant on performance and progress both in the workplace and on programme.  This opportunity is not always guaranteed

  • Must have a UK driving licence and own vehicle - due to nature of the role
  • Will need to have Business Use Insurance if successful to the role
