RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Provide quality customer service, both verbal and written
- · Effectively communicate project progress to customers and internal stakeholders
- · Become proficient in the technologies assigned to you e.g. simulated phishing attacks and vulnerability
- assessment scans – comprehensive training will be provided
- · Ensure documentation is kept up to date, data is recorded accurately and reported on as required
- · Work effectively as part of a team and autonomously when needed
- · Be accountable and responsible for your actions and career path
