To learn to assist the provision of an efficient and effective ICT support service to the Seaford Head Academy Trust.



  1. Learn to provide ICT technical support for the school following the Trust’s procedures and standards
  2. Learn to install an maintain ICT services in a range of locations, for the use, support and development of applications and systems in line with business requirements and targets.
  3. Learn to contribute to the work of the team in the delivery of projects and support as required by the Network Team.
  4. Learn to complete personal and service administration.
  5. Demonstrate a willingness to work flexibly, sometimes outside of normal core hours in response to service demands as agreed with the Business Manager.
  6. Undertake the apprenticeship training including NVQ in ICT Practitioner Level 2 and 3, Certificate in ICT Practitioner Level 2 and 3 and Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number at Level 2.
